Overview
ThermaHive™ is the first precision-controlled, chemical-free hive treatment system designed to eliminate Varroa destructor mites safely and naturally. Instead of relying on chemical strips that contaminate wax and honey, ThermaHive™ uses controlled heat cycles regulated by onboard sensors to remove mites while keeping bees, brood, and the queen safe.
Designed and assembled in the United States, ThermaHive™ combines environmental control, smart sensing, and intuitive automation in one durable, field-ready system.
How It Works
ThermaHive™ uses a PTC-based heating system with accurate thermal regulation and humidity monitoring. During treatment, internal airflow and temperature are actively balanced to maintain safe, even heat throughout the hive body. This ensures consistent results without hotspots or thermal stress on the colony.
Smart safety logic prevents overheating and allows beekeepers to set treatment temperature and duration through a simple on-screen interface. Once the system reaches the target temperature, the timer begins automatically to ensure full exposure and effective mite control.
