Return and Refund Policy

Every ThermaHive unit is backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your unit is not performing as expected, we will repair or replace it at no cost for the service.

You cover the shipping cost to send the unit to us. If the issue is due to a ThermaHive defect, we will cover the shipping cost to send your repaired or replacement unit back to you.

If you decide you no longer want your ThermaHive system and the unit is still in full working condition:

• You may return it at any time
• You will receive a full refund of your purchase price
• You cover the shipping cost to send the unit back to us

If your unit is damaged or malfunctioning due to a ThermaHive manufacturing or hardware defect:

• We will repair or replace the unit for free
• You cover the shipping cost to send the unit to us
• We cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement unit back to you

Refunds do not apply to units damaged by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside the intended use.

For customer-caused damage:

• We are happy to repair the unit for a service fee
• Repair costs vary depending on the extent of the damage
• You cover all shipping costs
